Joey Robert Parks is an author, journalist, art director and ghostwriter based in Phoenix, Arizona. As a reporter for Northeast Valley News, he has covered campus life, public education, local politics, environmental issues, and the arts—often contributing original photography. His editorial work blends clarity, curiosity, and strong narrative craft, shaped by his experience ghostwriting 29 books for public figures and organizations. In addition to his reporting, Joey has contributed editorial features to magazines over the past two decades. He is currently completing his associate’s degree in creative writing at Scottsdale Community College, where he is an Honors student and a member of Phi Theta Kappa.
